GRS has grown to become largest business of its kind in the country thanks to the dedication of its 800-strong workforce who are know for ‘going beyond’ for colleagues and customers alike.

Our business is founded on the spirit and colleactive values of those who work in the organisation. Our people have a can-do attitude, they care, they inspire each other and they are driven by a desire to excel every day, learning and improving as they go.

Out of this has grown a passion for people development, somethiong that has become increasingly important for GRS. Today the first of the three GRS strategic priorities is to become number one for people development. Having good people with the right knowledge, skills and motivations enables us to achieve our second strategic priority, to be number one in customer service.

People + Service = Market

Together, being number one in people and number one in service will enable us to realise our third strategic priority which is to be number one in the markets we operate in.

In pursuit of this vision, in 2017 we founded the GRS Academy, dedicated to delivering training and development programmes that give GRS employees the opportunity grow. The GRS Academy has had phenomenal success and has grown to become an accredited provider of development programmes across a range of levels and business functions.
