GRS Trading has opened a new office in the North East of England, giving the business a local base to serve the region’s construction market.Located in Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees the new team will support customers across North Yorkshire right up to the Scottish borders, for the first time giving GRS Trading truly national coverage for bulk aggregates and waste-recycling solutions.
Managing Director for GRS Trading Yvette Bailey said: “We have supplied customers in the North East for many years from our existing office at Whitwood near Wakefield, but having a base closer to the main urban centres will increase our local knowledge, help us build stronger relationships and support growth in the region.”
In line with Trading activities in other regions, GRS is partnering with local hauliers to transport materials, and will seek opportunities to maximise the use of high quality recycled and secondary aggregates to support the local circular economy.
North East Sales Manager Paul Bancroft said: “We are delighted to have opened this new office to establish a team in the North East.
