GRS is pleased to publish its gender pay data in line with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010. Our analysis shows a reduction in our gender pay 'gap' and that the difference is a reflection of the different job roles done by men and women, rather than any inequality for people in the same role. The ‘gap’ at GRS is also below the construction industry average.
