Leadership Team
GRS operates a two-tier governance structure, with a distinction between the role of the Group Board of Directors and the Executive Management team. Whilst some directors are members of both, this arrangement fosters structured, responsible decision-making, with checks and balances that enable enhanced oversight and clear accountability.
The GRS Group Board focuses on strategy, long-term planning and business sustainability, while the Exec manages daily operations and is accountable for budgeting and business performance.
