AI-enabled materials management platform
We recently developed our AI-enabled materials management platform to deliver real-time pricing for optimum value and sustainable solutions, alongside dynamic supply to streamline ordering, improve circularity and reduce carbon emissions.
At the centre is the GRS Digital Control Tower (DCT), our AI-enabled platform and managed service connecting quarries, ports, railheads, hauliers and sites into one data-driven ecosystem. Using geotechnical data, historical production information and excavation plans, DCT identifies segregation opportunities early, predicts material outputs and balances supply and demand. By replacing fragmented stock and freight arrangements with a virtual stockpile, we get real-time visibility and have proactive control, ensuring the right material is in the right place at the right time.
