Martin Hill – Chairman
Martin joined the roadstone business in 1985 as a sales co-ordinator. He quickly moved on to become a Sales Representative for Northamptonshire and then Field Sales Manager and main Board Director for the Midlands region within five years.
Jon Fisher – Chief Executive Officer
Jon joined in 1997 as a sales co-ordinator for East London based at Kings Cross he then moved on to become Sales Representative for that area. Jon was appointed to Regional Manager for the London and South East Area, and joined the board in 2007 as a Southern Regional Director.
Antony Beamish – Managing Director, Roadstone
Antony joined the company in 2002 as a sales co-ordinator for Hertfordshire based at Houghton Regis. Antony and has held several positions including regional sales and business development. In 2008 he was appointed Regional Manager for London and South East, and joined the board in 2012 as Regional Director before taking on the MD role for GRS Roadstone.
Lee Hudson – Managing Director, Bagging
Lee joined the business in 1999 as an internal sales co-ordinator for the GRS merchants’ division. Lee worked closely with the senior management team over the years developing both our loose and packed product businesses. In 2014 he was appointed to the board, becoming responsible commercially for GRS Bagging.
Ilija Radomilovic – Group Commercial Director
Ilija joined GRS Roadstone in 1985 as a transport controller for the East Midlands, he then moved on to sales and a wider brief across the Midlands and South East concentrating on major projects commercially. Ilija joined the board in 2007 as Sales Director and is now Group Commercial Director with responsibility for developing our involvement in major projects.
Martin Riley – Senior Vice President, Tarmac
Martin has 30 years' experience in the heavy materials industry. He spent the first part of his career at Tilcon, where he held a number of management positions. After Tilcon became part of Tarmac he took on several senior roles including general manager and executive director looking after Tarmac’s aggregates and asphalt businesses. Martin is currently Senior Vice President of Tarmac, now part of the CRH group.
Dyfrig James – Non-Executive Director
Dyfrig joined Lafarge in 1994 where he served in several senior positions. He was Regional President Northern & Central Europe from 2007 to 2011, responsible for business in 10 countries with a turnover of €1.4bn. And latterly, as CEO of Lafarge UK he was instrumental in the formation of the £1.7bn Lafarge Tarmac business. He has been involved with GRS for 30 years and joined the board in 2014 to support our ambitious growth plans. Dyfrig is a strong advocate of improving health and safety and a passionate believer in the construction industry's contribution to a sustainable world.
